1. Introduction

This Cancellation and Refund Policy explains the rules that apply when you purchase or engage with any of our services on suryanshkushwaha.com - Studio, Mentorship, or Hire Me opportunities.

This Policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions and should be read together with them. By making any payment or entering into any agreement with us, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

We design our policies to be fair, transparent, and consistent with standard professional service practices in India.

2. General Policy

All payments made to Kushwaha & Co. are non-refundable unless a specific written agreement states otherwise or an exception is required by applicable Indian law.

We do not offer refunds simply because you change your mind, no longer need the service, or are dissatisfied with the outcome.

3. Mentorship

Mentorship packages, add-ons, and sessions (Email, Video, Bundles, or any other paid offering) follow a strict no-refund policy:

• Once payment is processed, the purchase is final.
• No cancellations are permitted after payment.
• No refunds will be issued for any reason, including failure to attend a scheduled session.

Exceptions
Refunds will only be considered in cases where they are legally required under the Consumer Protection Act or other applicable Indian laws.

Rescheduling
You may request to reschedule a confirmed mentorship session. Rescheduling is allowed only at our sole discretion and is subject to availability. All rescheduling requests must be sent to support@suryanshkushwaha.com at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.

4. Studio

Studio projects (custom software development, SaaS/MVP builds, AI systems, etc.) are governed entirely by the signed proposal or statement of work agreed upon by both parties.

• Refund, cancellation, and termination terms are defined in that specific contract.
• Deposits and milestone payments are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
• Any disputes regarding refunds will be resolved according to the terms of the signed agreement.

5. Hire Me

"Hire Me" engagements (full-time, contract, or consulting roles) are governed entirely by the separate employment or consulting agreement signed by both parties.

• All refund, cancellation, and termination clauses are defined in that agreement.
• No refunds are available outside the terms of the signed contract.

6. Payment Processing and Disputes

• Payments are processed securely through Cashfree (India) or Stripe (international).
• Any payment disputes (chargebacks) will be handled in accordance with the payment processor's rules and our Terms and Conditions.
• Unjustified chargebacks may result in immediate suspension of services and may be pursued legally.
